This snickerdoodle latte is truly a dream. It’s just sweet enough and so flavorful! If you have a milk frother I highly suggest putting it to use because it takes the almond milk foam to another level. I never thought I could be this obsessed with an iced drink. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Total Time: 5 mins. Makes: 1 latte
Ingredients
1 cup cold brew
1 cup almond milk
1 large date, pitted and soaked
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
1 pinch sea salt
Directions
- Soak the date in warm water for 5-10 mins. until soft and gooey.
- Blend almond milk with the date, vanilla extract, cinnamon, allspice, and sea salt on high until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the milk to a mug and use a handheld frother (or whatever frother you have) to make fluffy. If you do not have a frother, you can skip this step.
- Pour cold brew over ice and top with the frothed milk. Enjoy!
