I’m usually a fan of hot coffee year-round (yes, even in the summer… call me crazy), but every once in a while I like to switch it up. Cookies have been my favorite thing to bake recently, so of course I had to make a cookie-themed drink too! The cookie obsession is truly never-ending…

This snickerdoodle latte is truly a dream. It’s just sweet enough and so flavorful! If you have a milk frother I highly suggest putting it to use because it takes the almond milk foam to another level. I never thought I could be this obsessed with an iced drink. I hope you love it as much as I do!

vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar free

Total Time: 5 mins. Makes: 1 latte

Ingredients

1 cup cold brew

1 cup almond milk

1 large date, pitted and soaked

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. allspice

1 pinch sea salt

Directions

  1. Soak the date in warm water for 5-10 mins. until soft and gooey.
  2. Blend almond milk with the date, vanilla extract, cinnamon, allspice, and sea salt on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the milk to a mug and use a handheld frother (or whatever frother you have) to make fluffy. If you do not have a frother, you can skip this step.
  4. Pour cold brew over ice and top with the frothed milk. Enjoy!
