Earlier this week I had surgery to get my wisdom teeth removed, so soft and cold foods have been my friend! The recovery process hasn’t been the most comfortable thing in the world but I have enjoyed eating smoothies with a spoon in bed while watching Netflix. It really is the little things in life that bring me joy!

This PB&J smoothie is a new favorite of mine. It is naturally sweetened with just bananas and berries making it completely free of added sugar but that doesn’t sacrifice the delicious taste! And, in my opinion, one of the most important parts of a smoothie is the texture, so you better believe this smoothie is amazingly thick and creamy. I hope you try it out!
